According to the Whitefish Police Department, a woman who was trying to call California accidentally called 911.
According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, a concerned mother said her son’s bus driver had “brake-checked” a student in the back of the bus when a student had stood up, causing her son to hit his head on the seat in front of him. She was very angry about the driver putting children’s lives in danger.
A man was arrested after he allegedly broke a window and was found sleeping in the ballroom of a Kalispell school.
Someone reported a driver in the Happy Valley area who was using a “fake siren light” to get drivers to pull off the roadway.
A caller said they were noticing a vehicle in their neighborhood coming and going at random times. They said they noticed a man exiting the vehicle dressed as a woman. The caller said they just wanted law enforcement to know that, possibly, “weird things are happening.”
A caller in the Kalispell area said a group of transients were ringing the doorbell excessively, and when no one answered they would shine flashlights into the window.
A woman said she was being stalked by a man who had hacked into her vehicle’s computer system. She was worried he was tracking her.
A woman said her cat attacked her. The cat was surrendered to Flathead county Animal Control. Since it did not have a rabies vaccination, the cat would have to be put down.
A man was reportedly drinking and driving, and had a bat in his vehicle with tape and blades on the end.
A woman at a bar in Somers said a man touched her backside and she told him to stop and pushed him away. The man apparently pushed her back and she fell on the ground. This apparently caused another small scuffle between the man and another patron. Bartenders 86’d the “grabby” man.
According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, two Siberian huskies were reportedly scaring students at a Columbia Falls school.
