Kalispell man identified as victim of deadly car crash
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office released the name of a man killed in a car crash Wednesday morning.
Colby Scott Burrows, 31, of Kalispell, died as a result of injuries he sustained from a three-vehicle crash on the U.S. 93 bypass between the U.S. 2 exit and Three Mile Drive at about 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 13.
Burrows was reportedly traveling southbound in a white Ford sedan on the bypass when his vehicle crossed the center lane into northbound traffic and collided with two Ford pickups, according to Kalispell Police Department Patrol Captain Tim Falkner.
Burrows was transported to the Kalispell Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The two other drivers were also transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center after the crash. One person was treated and released, and the others remains hospitalized.
The Kalispell Police Department states there is no indication alcohol or drugs played a factor in the incident. Burrows was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
The crash is under investigation by Kalispell Police with assistance from the Montana Highway Patrol.
