That's not gasoline you're smelling

According to the Kalispell Police Department, a vehicle owner reported someone got into their gas tank and poured gas all over the vehicle. Police checked it out and determined it was urine on the vehicle.

A front desk motel employee said someone was asleep in a bed but the room hadn’t been registered and no one should be in there. A man reportedly used a key he was given by a friend to get into the motel room that had been rented a few days prior.

A case of harassment was reported in an elevator.

A dispatcher responding to a 911 call heard no sounds, then after several seconds the song “The Nutcracker” came on and started playing louder and louder. Upon calling back, the phone’s owner stated she had no emergency and didn’t know how her phone called 911.

Police helped to look for a young woman who wanted to spend the night at a friend’s house, but when she was told no she reportedly walked out the front door.

Family members were concerned a woman who left her children with her mother a few days prior had abandoned her children. They wanted to locate her to see what happened.

A “couple of fathers” reportedly went to the scene of vehicle-versus-fence crash to get a vehicle unstuck. No one was injured in the crash.

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, a hacker got into a woman’s Facebook account and has threatened to blackmail her.

A drunk ex-girlfriend was refusing to leave her former boyfriend’s house. She decided to walk home and they agreed to try to find someone to move the car.

A woman’s vehicle had to be towed because the city plows were coming through.
