Flossie Ann Elizabeth Uskoski, 84

Flossie Ann Elizabeth Uskoski was born on July 17, 1932, to John and Mildred Sarkinen in Gackle, North Dakota.

She was “called to her Heavenly Home” in the morning hours on Feb. 24, 2017.

Flossie married Everett Uskoski on June 27, 1952, in Gackle and moved to Vancouver, Washington, where they raised their seven children together. They were lifelong members of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church. Flossie was strong in her Christian beliefs and held them dear to her heart. In 1979 when Everett retired they moved to Bigfork.

Preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings: Sylvia, Delores, Vicky, Darrel and Alice; and a great-granddaughter Violet.

She is survived by children: Luciene, Axel (Bikkie), James (Dianna), Joann (Tom), Elaine (Fred), Alice (Leo), Jack (Heather), 51 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and a host of Christian friends. Surviving siblings include: John, Steve and Curtis.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. Funeral service is at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, in Lakeside at Old Apostolic Church. Everyone is welcome.

Burial will be on a later date at Conrad Cemetery.
