Man seen lounging on lawn

A man was allegedly seen rolling around in the grass in front of an art gallery among his groceries, which were strewn about the lawn. Upon closer inspection, the reporting person told Flathead Sheriff’s deputies they believed the man was intoxicated and not just celebrating the return of green spring grass.

A woman reported a man for allegedly stealing her puppy from her campsite at Emery Bay.

A group of pre-teens were reportedly seen throwing rocks at vehicles driving on Foys Canyon Road.

Suspected drug activity was reported on Pleasant Lane.

A check was reportedly stolen out of a mailbox on Lower Valley Road. The envelope that reportedly should have contained the check was found about two miles away, opened with the check missing.

Someone in a pickup truck was reportedly seen chasing a motorcyclist and attempting to run him off the road as they traveled down U.S. 2 West. According to the reporting person, the truck driver appeared very angry and was swerving back and forth all over the road. The motorcyclist was reportedly trying to get away from the truck.

A man was allegedly found passed out in his car after an 8-year-old discovered him and believed he was dead. The man was reportedly found asleep behind the wheel, his pants pulled down around his ankles and a towel covering his genitalia. The man allegedly woke up while the reporting parties were checking on him, apologized and drove to a nearby gas station.

A homeowner on Ponderosa Lane complained that, while mowing his lawn for him, a worker managed to tear up the yard the man had just seeded. Despite a notice the homeowner submitted to the homeowners association, the man said his lawn was anonymously mowed a second time.

In an attempt to start a fight, a man allegedly repeatedly urinated on another man’s car and property.

Several hand tools, four commercial cleaners and between 40 and 60 paintings were allegedly stolen out of vehicle on North Main Street, according to a Kalispell Police report.

After posting on Facebook about her stolen puppy and offering a reward, a woman told Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies the man who allegedly stole the dog brought it back hoping to collect the reward.

A resident of Frazely Loop reported finding her front door wide open when she woke up. The woman stated she had locked both locks on the door before going to sleep the night before. She said nothing appeared to be missing.
