Nip in the butt ends man's walk
An alleged dog bite on the rear end ended one man’s walk for the day. The man told the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office that two dogs approached him and one bit him on the buttock, ripping his pants and pinching the skin.
Another man out for a walk claimed he was attacked by a blue heeler on Trumble Meadows Lane. The dog allegedly bit him twice on the leg, breaking the skin.
A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle parked on North Haven Drive.
Two guns and a chainsaw were reported stolen from a home on Forest Drive.
A woman’s dog was reportedly attacked by another dog while roaming the Old Fox Trail area. The woman claimed she would have to take her dog to the vet for its injuries. Authorities advised the woman that if they gave a citation for an animal at large to the owner of the other dog, she would be given one as well.
A herd of pet rabbits allegedly strayed too far from home, destroying a man’s lawn. The man requested permission to shoot the bunnies with a pellet gun.
Authorities received a report of suspected drugs at an elementary school.
