Baseball Canadian Days tourney begins tonight

The annual Canadian Days Tournament gets under way tonight with games at Griffin and Archie Roe fields.

The 2017 edition of this American Legion baseball event features the host Kalispell Lakers AA, Mission Valley Mariners A, Calgary Redbirds AA and Spokane Northstars in the AA bracket and Kalispell Lakers A, Calgary Redbirds A, Cranbrook Bandits and Camrose Cougars in the A bracket.

Plays resumes all day Saturday, starting at 9 a.m.

Sunday will feature championship play.
