The Whitefish Police Department received a call from a mother who lent her son her vehicle the night before because he couldn’t remember where he parked it. She told them to call her when they found it so she could come and pick it up.
Someone reported a man sitting on the corner near the library. The caller said he was moving around, blocking the sidewalks and displaying various characteristics that made them believe he was a “hobo.”
Someone requested the company of a police officer because they had to do an apartment inspection and were concerned about their safety because of the tenant and a dog that he kept on the property.
Another caller reported a parked vehicle left running with a dog in it.
