Shift almost over for worker in pain

According to the Whitefish Police Department, a regular customer said a clerk at local business was acting “crazy” talking to people who weren’t there, staggering all over the place and almost passed out on the counter. The customer told law enforcement he goes there almost every day and this was not the clerk’s normal behavior. Law enforcement spoke to the clerk who told them he had hernia and was in a lot of pain. He said his shift was almost over.

Two women allegedly caught shoplifting were issued a citation and removed from a local business.

A caller who placed an online ad to sell a boat said they got a fake check and continued to be harassed by a would-be buyer.

According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, a woman said two men and two women came to her house asking for help. She let them stay there for the night, but said in the morning she discovered they had taken all her medications.

A caller said her deceased neighbor’s house had been locked up for about a year. But when she walked by the house earlier in the day the door was wide open and items were strewn around the property.

A caller said a cat had bit her friend. She said she had the cat in the trunk of the car and needed to take it to the animal shelter.

A caller said his father with Alzheimer’s had his license revoked, but was continuing to drive.

An inmate said his wife had forged his name to change the vehicle title over to her.

According to the Kalispell Police Department, a woman was cleaning out her safe and found illicit drugs she had confiscated from her daughter. Law enforcement collected the drugs and marked them for destruction.
