The Last Chance Patriots will host author and filmmaker Trevor Loudon in Kalispell on Tuesday, Oct. 17, and in Polson on Wednesday, Oct. 18.

Loudon is a New Zealand-based researcher who focuses on leftist activities. According to Last Chance Patriots’ newsletter, his “thesis is that what is commonly regarded as mainstream political policy is in fact driven and guided by hidden subversive elements,” and that a wide range of recent policies “are all consistent with far-left and Islamist agendas.”

The organization said that attendees of Loudon’s presentation will “learn lessons on the ‘Deep State’ and how Communism is hardly dead, but alive and well and deeply imbedded [sic] in Congress.”

The Kalispell event will be held from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17 at the Fairbridge Inn and Suites, 1701 U.S. 93 S. The Polson event will take place at the same time on Wednesday, Oct. 20 at the Red Lion Ridgewater, 209 Ridgewater Drive. Tickets for both can be reserved on Last Chance Patriots’ Eventbrite page, https://www.eventbrite.com/o/last-chance-patriots-10853501385.

The Last Chance Patriots formed last summer, organized by local members of Act for America as a separate organization. In a press release, Ed Kugler described it as “a group of Montanan’s [sic] who’ve come together to inform, instruct, and inspire fellow Montanan’s [sic] on the dangers facing our state and our nation.”
