Glacier National Park artist-in-residence Pam Haunschild will lead a free class on painting with natural materials from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Apgar Education Center in Apgar Village, Glacier National Park.
All supplies are provided. Participants will use dried leaves, grasses, ferns, stones and other natural materials collected by the artist to make a small colorful painting on sturdy claybord. The painting can be hung as is, or attached to the lid of a keepsake box.
Registration is required for this workshop. Contact the Artist in Residence Coordinator at Sonja_hartmann@nps.gov to register or for more information.
