WHITEFISH — It’s been quite the season for Whitefish volleyball, and things got even weirder on Tuesday night.

Just weeks after a cyber terror threat canceled homecoming week festivities, a power outage that included Whitefish High School threatened the celebration on senior night.

Power was restored just in time, however, and the Bulldogs went on to honor its seniors before blowing by Ronan 25-14, 25-8, 25-9 in a Class A conference matchup.

“We just have to take care of business and control the things we can control,” Whitefish coach Addy Connelly said. “They did a good job of that.”

Cailyn Ross led Whitefish with 13 kills and four blocks, and Becca Catina paced the team with 18 assists and four aces in its last conference match of the season.

The Bulldogs finished the slate with an 8-2 conference record.
