Tamarack Time announces 2017 winners

The annual Tamarack Time festival in Bigfork was held Saturday, Oct. 14.

The festival raised over $1,400, whilch will help support the Swan River Nature Trail in Bigfork, known also as the “Wild Mile.”

Local amateur chefs competed in 13 food categories, which were judged for taste and awarded ribbons to the top three. Tasters paid $5 for a hand stamp enabling them access to taste the foods rhroughout Bigfork village.

Results from the festival’s cooking contests are as follows:
