No. 11 Tech wrecks Northern, 93-19

BUTTE — Montana Tech dominated MSU-Northern in a record-setting 93-19 victory on homecoming weekend at Alumni Coliseum on Saturday.

The No. 11 Orediggers scored 66 points in the first half and had 932 yards of offense in the blowout win.

Tucker Rauthe (Glacier) and AJ Robingson (Glacier) each had three tackles, Ike Schweikert (Columbia Falls) and Cam Nissen (Bigfork) had two tackles, Reid Siderius (Glacier) had one tackle and Will Davey (Polson) had a fumble recovery and a pass breakup for Tech.

Joe Fehr (Eureka) had one tackle for Northern.

Carroll 16,

Rocky Mountain 3

BILLINGS — Carroll quarterback Reese Hiibel threw a pair of touchdown passes at the start of the second quarter and the Saints held off Rocky Mountain.

Dylan Torgerson (Flathead) made one of two field goal attempts for Carroll and had six punts, sticking one inside the 20.

Montana Western 30,

Eastern Oregon 21

DILLON — Western senior George Sherwood (Flathead) hauled in 124 yards receiving, including a 54-yard touchdown in the third quarter to give the Bulldogs the lead for good in their win over Eastern Oregon.

Sherwood also had six punts, pinning two inside the 20.

No. 7 Southern Oregon 36, College of Idaho 7

ASHLAND, Ore. — Southern Oregon rolled out to a 29-0 halftime lead in a rout of College of Idaho.
