TeleTech call center announces second hiring spree

The Kalispell division of call center TeleTech announced this week they are looking to fill multiple local positions and 12,000 total jobs nationwide.

TeleTech is a Colorado-based customer service company that employs 48,000 people across the country at 26 locations.

The company is seeking individuals to provide customer service in healthcare, financial services, telecommunications and entertainment, among other industries.

In June, TeleTech announced they were seeking an additional 100 employees at the Kalispell location. During the previous summer’s labor shortage, TeleTech raised its wages by 20 percent to help draw new employees.

The Kalispell call center is hosting a hiring fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sept. 5-9. The center is located at 1203 U.S. Highway 2 West in Kalispell.
