Suspicious Canadian campers staying hydrated

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, people were loading propane bottles into a car and it looked suspicious. The subjects ended up being campers from Canada, and the bottles were full of water.

A DUI was issued when a driver got stuck on the curb at a burger place.

According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, a caller thought a canoe being loaded onto the top of a vehicle was stolen.

A man warned police of an intruder in his house, “but he is leaving now.”

A case of identity fraud was issued when someone reportedly got a hold of man’s credit card by requesting a re-issue of the card to the owners’ old address. They allegedly spent about $4,000 before the card was canceled.

A caller was worried about someone shooting automatic weapons in a residential area, but the person was reportedly shooting at a private range which had been an ongoing point of contention with neighbors.

Someone found a very ill deer in their field that wouldn’t get up but wasn’t hit by a car. Plans were made for a biologist to look at the deer.

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department, a man dropped his wallet on the ground, and another male was caught on video picking it up.

According to the Kalispell Police Department, a man in a Ford was spotting driving with a beer in his hand.

An Ohio woman was in contact with a hotel to confirm someone used her identity and used her credit card to check in. Contact was made with the guests who had done nothing wrong. The hotel staff had used the Ohio womans’ rewards profile by mistake.
