Male – or mail ­– deemed threatening

According to Kalispell Police Department logs, it wasn’t clear whether a woman reported mail or a male asking for donations seemed threatening.

Police received a report that while a runaway teen had been found, the cash and electronics valued at $300 he allegedly had stolen were not. His mother allegedly wanted to file charges against him.

An employee wanted police to move along two disorderly men dressed in camo who were allegedly standing by propane tanks, yelling, screaming and banging on doors.

A man supposedly told dispatchers he “would just take care of it,” after complaining snow plows were causing too much noise. The man reportedly gave several locations, but not where the noise was currently occurring and refused to give his name or confirm his phone number.

Someone was suspicious of foot traffic going in and out of a garage after reportedly seeing men dressed in coats and stocking caps and carrying backpacks in an alley. The person who made the report said the men didn’t live in the area and alleged there was “lots” of drug activity in the area.

Libby Police Department responded to a report from a resident who said he or she went to see what dogs were barking at when he or she reportedly spotted a man on a neighbor’s back porch. The resident went to “holler at him” and the man allegedly took off carrying a small bag.

Someone reportedly found three skinned animals in a parking lot.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report from a man who believed someone may have broken into his cabin because there was an alleged spike in his electric bill.
