Heated argument over igloo eradication

According to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office, a woman said a neighbor she didn’t know came onto her rental property from across the street and built an igloo. The neighbor reportedly became very upset with the woman and yelled at her when he found the igloo had been destroyed.

A friend called on behalf of a Coram resident who was seeking help from the Red Cross because her trailer appeared to be collapsing under the weight of snow.

Something wrapped in a white tarp was causing a road hazard on U.S. 2 around mile marker 78.

A caller wanted to know if more volunteers were needed in the search for a missing skier on Big Mountain. The caller said they were an associate of the missing man.

A driver was worried about the occupant of an abandoned vehicle on the highway due to the frigid weather.

Someone left a four-wheeler in a resident’s driveway overnight and they didn’t know where it came from.

A Creston woman said there was a fire in her chimney.

A woman reportedly got a harassing message from her ex-husband via Facebook stating “I hate you and I hope you have a terrible life.”

A Kalispell resident said he and his wife were being blackmailed by a suspect in Nigeria regarding personal information and compromising photos.

An elderly man said he was afraid if he needed an ambulance, emergency crews wouldn’t be able to get to him because his neighbor was plowing snow into his driveway.

A caller said his parents were harassed by a man at a department store. The caller said the man was also sending him texts nonstop.

A driver said they saw a person in a sleeping bag in a ditch near Columbia Falls. When law enforcement checked on the person, he was reportedly up and walking.

Someone spotted a baby in the lap of a mini-van driver. The caller said there was another child in the passenger seat. Law enforcement was unable to locate the minivan in question.

A public works driver found a package of syringes near the bypass and brought them to the Sheriff’s Office to be destroyed.

A man said he was getting threatening calls from a friend he had cut off recently because of an incident that occurred involving a dog bite.

A man in a Columbia Falls department store was reportedly using profanity with customers and asking people for rides.

A Whitefish caller said there was blood in the hallway from four men getting into a fight. The caller was worried the subjects were all intoxicated and would try to drive to the hospital.
