Plow beeps keep man up all night

| January 2, 2018 6:26 PM

According to the Columbia Falls Police Department, a complaint was made regarding the beeping noise from trucks plowing a business. A nearby resident said it was keeping him up all night. Dispatchers explained that the drivers had a job to do, but the man said he thought the drivers should be plowing during daylight hours.

A man’s vehicle was reportedly hit twice during the night. The vehicle owner threatened to “kick some [butt]” and told police they better get to the location pronto. The man called back later and told police the person who fessed up to hitting his car was not actually the person who hit his car.

A crash involving a semi and a pickup required traffic control while the vehicles were towed out of the snow.

The parties involved in a two-car accident tried to call a tow-truck driver but the voice-mail box was full. They decided to call a different location for a tow.

A pizza delivery driver reportedly got stuck in the snow and a resident said it was blocking their driveway.
