Tickets on sale for FVCC's Chef's Table

Tickets are now available for this year’s Chef’s Table event hosted by Flathead Valley Community College.

The event gives participants the opportunity to enjoy meals and hors d’oeuvres prepared and presented by Chef Shannon Hayashi, the new director of the Culinary Institute of Montana, and FVCC culinary students as they complete their first year internships.

Event dates are January 26, February 9, February 16, March 9, March 23, April 6, April 20 and April 27.

The February 16 and April 6 dinners will include wine pairings with each course.

Following the April 20 and April 27 events, patrons will be treated to a reserved seat at that night’s production of “Guys and Dolls” in FVCC’s Theatre.

All Chef’s Table events begin at 6 p.m. except the April 20 and 27 dinner/theatre events, which begin at 5:30 p.m.

Menus are available online. Reservations are required, and seating is limited.
