Lynda Gay More Swartzenberger, 74

Lynda Gay More Swartzenberger, 74, lost her battle with cancer on June 26, 2018.

She was at home with her husband, Danny Swartzenberger, her children, Bill Franklin, Tony Swartzenberger and Lisa Franklin Nicholls, her sister, Carol Crismore and brother-in-law William Crismore.

Lynda is survived by her husband, Danny, son Bill Franklin, of Kalispell, daughter Lisa Franklin Nichols (Tory) of Helena, and Tony Swartzenberger (Stephanie) of Kalispell, her sisters Carol Crismore (William) of Libby and Jackie Wells of Fort Myers, Florida, stepbrother Roger Wells of Spokane, and stepson Bradley Swartzenberger of Washington. She is

also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald More, mother, Bertha Wells, stepfather George Wells and stepbrother Larry Wells.

Lynda was a great and loving caregiver to her mother and her stepfather in their final stages of life. Her family was the highlight of her life. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Lynda had two cats, Puddy and Bozo. Puddy especially was a comfort to her.

Lynda was born June 6, 1944, in Hot Springs. She was raised and attended school in Hot Springs. She married Michael Franklin in 1964 and the couple had two children, William R. Franklin and Lisa M. Franklin. Lynda was remarried to Dan Swartzenberger in 1972. The couple had one son, Anthony G, Swartzenberger.

Lynda and Danny lived for many years in Kalispell while raising their family. During her last years the couple lived in Polson next door to her parents and were a great help to them.

A memorial service is planned for 3 p.m. Aug. 10 at the Eagles at 37 First St. W., Kalispell. Her family and friends are all welcome to attend.
