Flagger calls out unruly driver

A flagger at a construction site reported to the Kalispell Police Department that a large man yelled at her and told her that if she wasn’t a woman, he’d knock her out. She reported this took place after she had tried to stop him from driving to allow traffic from the other direction move through. She said he also bumped into her with his vehicle, but she wasn’t injured.

An old, skinny black and white schnauzer named “Jack” was recently reported missing. He wasn’t wearing a collar, is hard of hearing and has poor vision.

A woman called to report her ex-husband was having the kids take things from her home.

The iWatch continues to be the bane of 911 dispatchers’ existence after a nursing assistant dialed SOS when she accidentally pressed the watch against something.

A man called to ask officers to get his neighbors to end their backyard party so he could get some sleep. The partygoers complied with the request.

A man reported a woman broke into his apartment to get her keys while he was gone. She left a note saying “sorry” but that didn’t fix his door that didn’t shut properly.

Someone reported that a person had been leaving her dogs in a pickup for several hours the last few days. When the caller spoke to the person, she said she couldn’t leave her dogs at home because they might be poisoned.

A person reported a wrecked 2005 Nissan Xterra in the Woods Bay/Crane Mountain area. A Lake County deputy said the vehicle had been abandoned there for about three years and they didn’t intend to do anything with it.

A driver reported a man on the sidewalk with duct tape in one hand and a box cutter in the other walked up to the back of their car, but the driver got a green light and drove away before he got too close.

A woman called about her ex-boyfriend who had been living at her residence since December even though she kept asking him to move out.

A golf course employee reported a patron rolled a cart and walked away.

A woman called to report her daughter and son-in-law kept calling her, even after they were told not to.
