Avalynn Jean Fritz, infant

| March 19, 2018 6:25 PM

Avalynn Jean Fritz was born Feb. 26, 2018, celebrated her life through baptism in the presence of her family on March 9 and “entered heaven early the next morning.”

She joined our family as the only girl, with two older brothers. We knew she would have to be a fighter to keep up with two busy older brothers and she certainly showed everyone what strong willpower she had. She fought very hard to stay with our family. The night of her baptism the boys were able to meet their sister, count her toes, hold her hand, and show her the great love and protection that older brothers do. We know by that night that she had already felt his loving presence, by the love everyone had showed her, and he told her it was OK to let go.

“She could see the wonderful life she would have on the other side, where she can run freely, dance with her Grandpa and those who have gone before her and grow up in heaven.”

Although it is hard to know she is gone, because of our strong faith we know that we will see her again. We have a very special “Angel” who will watch over our family forever.

We would like to thank all the staff at the NICU at Kalispell Regional Medical Center for their care and love of Avalynn. Her presence was much too short, but her fighting spirit, her beauty, and her desire to stay with us will live in our hearts and those who cared for her forever.

We are blessed to be part of the First Presbyterian Church, which made her baptism possible. We want to thank all of our church family, friends, neighbors, family members and everyone who prayed for Avalynn.

We will carry her in our hearts forever.
