Mixer spills concrete on bypass roundabout
Thursday morning’s commute on the U.S. 93 bypass was slowed due to a concrete spill at the Foys Lake roundabout.
According to the state Department of Transportation, the spill occurred at about 7:56 a.m. when concrete was discharged from the tube of a mixer truck.
According to Curtis Buckley, a Montana Department of Transportation representative from the Kalispell office, the roundabout was drivable, but drivers were experiencing reduced speeds and delays.
The cleanup was expected to be wrapped up by late morning.
