Glacier spikers beat Sentinel; Stillwater 2-0 in MCAA state play
MISSOULA — Glacier wrapped up regular-season Western AA volleyball action Thursday night by downing Missoula Sentinel 25-22, 23-25, 15-25, 25-17, 25-13.
Kali Gulick led Glaicer in kills (15) and blocks (five).
Glacier had 51 kills to Sentinel’s 45. Sentinel had the block advantage 13-8.

BOZEMAN — Stillwater Christian School won two matches on opening day of the Montana Christian Athletic Association state tournament.
Stillwater started with a 25-16, 25-12, 25-16 win over Petra Academy and followed with a 21-25, 25-15, 25-18, 25-18 victory over Yellowstone County Homeschool.
Stillwater, 22-4 overall, meets defending state champion Foothills Community Christian School tonight at 6 in the semifinals. The championship match is Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
“The girls are just making the choice to better the ball every play, taking one play at a time,” Stillwater coach Diane Smith said. “It was a good day of volleyball.”
Helen Hashley led Stillwater in three categories against Petra with eight kills, four blocks and six digs.
Abby Hudson was the kills and block leader for Stillwater against Yellowstone with 14 and five, respectively.
