A woman called the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office to report she lost her $300 Apple watch somewhere between Whitefish and Wayfarers State Park.

Someone called to report four horses that had shown up at Lore Lake Road property. Their brand was out of Colorado. The caller said he’d keep the horses until the owner was found.

A school official reported a student who was under the influence was in the principal’s office.

Someone living on Hastings Trail in Columbia Falls reported a bear had got into the pig pen. The caller rang a bell in an attempt to scare the animal. The bear did get two chickens, but it was gone before law enforcement officers arrived.

A woman residing on Glenwood Road called the Whitefish Police Department about airplanes swooping over her cabin and scaring animals. She said she had called the FCC before, but it refused to do anything. Another caller also complained but it was determined that a plane convention was being held in the area.

A man was using his phone to check his blood sugar when he accidentally pressed the emergency button that activated a 911 call.
