A purchase offer from Haig Ermoian for one of the vacant Old School Station lots south of Kalispell will be on the Kalispell City Council agenda during its Tuesday, Feb. 19, meeting.

In 2015, the city paid Flathead County the past-due taxes and assessments on six parcels of the Old School Station industrial park development. In April 2017 the city put the properties up for sale through Flathead Valley Brokers. Lot 6, a 1.62-acre industrial-zoned lot with power and utilities, is listed at $166,212.

Kalispell Convention and Visitor Bureau Director Diane Medler will present the annual report on the Kalispell Tourism Business Improvement District during the meeting.

Other items on the agenda include:

- An approval of an amendment to the Evergreen sewer agreement;

- A call for a public hearing on March 18 regarding amendments to standards for design and construction of on-street parking language;

- A first reading of parking amendments, including two-hour parking designations in certain areas downtown and an amendment to the parking code regarding parking spaces for taxicabs, buses and delivery vehicles.

The meeting, which has been moved to Tuesday because of Monday’s Presidents Day holiday, is at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 201 First Ave. E.
