Elva Marie Forman, 87

Elva passed away Feb. 18, 2019, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.

Elva was born in Ohio on April 6, 1931, to Clarence and Inez McClain.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Glen Forman, a brother Cecil McClain, a son Glen Forman Jr., son-in-law Peter Keller, and daughters-in-law Rosalinda Forman and Laurie Forman.

She is survived by her children, Dewayne and Kim Riddell, Karen and John Waytausky, Ronald Forman, Jim and Sherry Lakes, Pam Lakes, Kenneth Forman, Deborah Forman Keller, and Benjamin and Joelle Forman; a brother, William McClain; 39 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; and many dear friends.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at Columbia Mortuary. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at First Baptist Church of Whitefish. A graveside service will follow.
