The Paul Boe Mosby Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2008 after the passing of Flathead Valley Community College student Paul Boe Mosby due to a car accident in 2007 at age 21. Prior to his death he had been active in FVCC theater. He was also a musician and had formed his punk band, The Rotten Rebels. Mosby was also developing a business plan to build his own mobile recording studio to help other musicians who had no access to quality recording equipment.

The Scholarship Fund assists students who are involved with the FVCC Theatre in pursuit of theater-related coursework.
