Ryan Scott Drollinger Sr., 42

| February 26, 2019 2:00 AM

Ryan Scott Drollinger Sr., 42, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 21, 2019, in Great Falls. He never fully recovered from injuries suffered during an accident in 1998.

Ryan was born April 1, 1976, to Vernell and Randy Drollinger. He was a Flathead High School graduate, worked many years for Kelly Logging, and liked to hunt. He was proud that his son followed that tradition, taking his first bull elk at age 14. Like his own father, Ryan had a tender heart and a warm smile for everyone.

Ryan leaves a son, Ryan Drollinger Jr., who was the joy of his life. He will be loved forever by his mother Vernell (Boreson) Drollinger; his sister and brother-in-law Melissa and Frank Liebig, their children Leah, Rebekah, and Timothy; and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins who were dear to his heart.

He was preceded in death by his father, Randy Drollinger; grandparents Wesley Drollinger; Beverly (Dye, Drollinger) Kirk; Esther and Vernon Boreson.

A private memorial service will be held at the Kalispell Church of Christ. Memorial donations can be deposited at any Park Side Credit Union for Ryan’s son, Ryan Scott Drollinger Jr., which will help support his post-graduation goals.
