Pint glass injures employee's face
Someone told Kalispell Police Department a coworker was assaulted by a customer who had been asked to leave. When the customer ignored the employee, the employee tried to take the man’s drink away. It was then that the man went ballistic and reportedly threw the pint glass at the employee, hitting him in the face causing cuts and potentially knocking out some teeth. The suspect took off in a gray truck on U.S. 2.
Police responded to a woman with a bloody nose who was reportedly punched by another woman on Seventh Avenue East North. The injured woman declined medical attention. The person calling the incident didn’t know if drugs or alcohol was involved, but alleged the suspect was a “tweaker.”
A man was making strange sounds and allegedly curled up in a ball near an East Idaho Street motel.
A speeding sports car “almost caused a wreck” on a roundabout near big box stores when it reportedly drove up curbs. Maybe the people inside were in a rush to get crafty when they were spotted parked in the area of a craft supplies store on Treeline Road.
A customer on East Idaho Street was concerned that an “out there” red-haired woman who said she was Jesus Christ might be under the influence of methamphetamine. Deputies said the woman was not a threat and possibly had a mental condition. A later call came in about the woman trespassing on an East Idaho Street motel property when she was supposedly checking out vehicles and saying she was in “Beetlejuice” and the “Wizard of Oz.”
Someone suspected an SUV contained a “car prowler” who they thought was trying to get into a locked car in the driveway of an East Nicklaus Avenue neighbor.
Someone wanted to speak to an officer about their 6-year-old child purportedly having inappropriate conversations with a step-relative.
Someone was upset that a person came out of court and reportedly started taking pictures of their vehicle and license plate.
A man and woman were screaming at each other on U.S. 2 in Kalispell. The person calling in the verbal disturbance had trouble making the report to Flathead County Sheriff’s Office with the pair yelling in the background. The woman claimed a man had pushed her down in the mud and the man yelled that he didn’t.
A Williams Lane resident in Bigfork was suspicious of a man who came to their door late at night claiming to be from a cable/internet company. The resident requested extra patrol when the man drove away.
A Wyndover Hill Drive resident in Kalispell wanted deputies to check on the area because someone threw a snowball in their yard.
