Woman doesn't kowtow to bovine bully
A pet sitter was out walking a dog on Wolf Creek Drive in Bigfork when it became interested in checking out cows along the road. Their constitutional was rudely interrupted when a man showed up and reportedly started taking pictures of her, chasing her and scolding her saying,“I am tired of you g-------- people bothering my cows,” according to a report from Flathead County Sheriff’s Office.
Someone on Three Mile Drive was concerned that a neighbor’s door had been left open for days. It turns out the homeowners just had a glass door.
Someone on U.S. 2 was suspicious of a person reportedly sleeping inside a running vehicle parked in front of a casino for hours.
A garbage sleuth on U.S. 93 in Lakeside used an envelope, possibly from the trash allegedly dumped by someone at the end of their driveway, to provide an address of the suspect. The garbage dumper told deputies it was an accident — that they placed the bags on their truck tailgate, forgot to dispose of them in their bin before driving into town.
A man was seen pulling a woman out of a vehicle during a physical disturbance on Ninth Street in Columbia Falls.

A Lower Valley Road resident’s mail was found scattered along the road and a woman reportedly gathered it up, put it in the mailbox and left a note. Apparently, the resident’s mailbox wasn’t the only one “hit” in the area, according to deputies. The resident didn’t believe she was missing anything other than a letter from a missionary.
A woman allegedly “freaked out” and was screaming and threatening to kill a man in his sleep on Edgewood Drive in Kalispell. The man asked the woman to leave. She gathered her items without incident and left.
