Glacier Twins top Eastside 14-5 at Sell Tournament
HELENA — Leadoff hitter Jack Schwaiger, 1 for 3, drove in five runs and Austyn Andrachick, 2 for 4, had two RBIs for the Glacier Twins A in a 14-5 American Legion baseball victory over Eastside on Friday at the Keith Sell Tournament.
Andrachick, Zach Veneman, 2 for 4, and Chad Queen, 1 for 2, belted triples for Glacier.
The Twins scored in every inning but the third with 3-run innings in the first, fifth and sixth.
Tournament play runs through Sunday.
Glacier (22-13 overall) opened Sell play on Wednesday with a 6-4 win over Butte. The Lethbridge Elks AA beat the Twins on Thursday 12-10, but the Twins bounced back Friday with a 9-1 win over Calgary.
