Shady incident is anything but black and white

A man dressed in all black was seen looking through car windows with a flashlight, according to a report taken by the Kalispell Police Department. The man supposedly took off when someone saw him. The person called police to report the incident and said there was a “shady white van” parked nearby and that their vehicle had been broken into.

A woman reported her son’s bike was stolen. She told police he suspected a man in the area was stealing bicycles and wanted officers to check it out when he was reportedly seen bringing two bikes into his apartment.

Someone was anxious that a vehicle with a car seat in the back that had a cover on it contained a child, although there was no noise coming from the vehicle because they had the same car seat cover “and there is no way to take the child out of it without, unbuttoning it.”

A man told officers he parked his tow truck on the street and claimed a couple of hundred dollars worth of equipment was stolen.

Someone allegedly saw a Jeep pull up by a liquor store and a man throw “a bag of white stuff,” into it. The driver supposedly gave the man some money and left.

A woman, possibly a teenager, was reportedly trying to get away from a man who was yelling and swearing at her and was seen lying in the middle of the skate park.

A girl was seen walking down the road “who seemed out if it.”

A woman was purportedly keeping someone awake when she was talking loudly and laughing on her phone and walking up and down an apartment parking lot for 20 minutes.

A teenager who was allegedly hit by a bicycle was “down on the ground and refusing to move.”
