Margarette Elaine Bauer, 58

Margarette Elaine Bauer, known to friends and family as Maggie, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 30, 2019.

Maggie was born in Billings and was a longtime resident of Bigfork.

In life, Maggie led with love and empathy — especially for the neglected, lost, less fortunate, and the underdog. She was a free spirit with a wonderful sense of humor, an always reliable friend, and most loving daughter, sister, niece, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter Billiejo and son-in-law Jeremy Olson of Belgrade, son Lincoln Bauer of Bigfork, grandchildren Ashton, Kyler, Cailyn, Ryas and Sawyer Olson of Belgrade, as well as many extended family members, human friends, and furry friends whom she loved dearly.

Maggie was 58 years old but forever young at heart.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. July 27 at the Swan River Community Hall.
