Cecilia Pearl 'Toody' (Brown) Vasil, 84

Cecilia Pearl “Toody” (Brown) Vasil passed away peacefully on May 26, 2019, in Whitefish, at the age of 84 from renal failure.

Cecilia was born on May 19, 1935 in Winnet, Montana, to Elmav and Chester Brown. She graduated from Whitefish High School in 1955 and had later worked many long hard years as a bartender in Oklahoma before becoming a school bus driver and later working as a traffic enforcer and dispatch for the Whitefish Police Department.

Cecilia is survived by her two daughters, Teresa Dee Young of Whitefish and Jodie K. Bowers (Harry) of Columbia Falls; as well as her three grandchildren, Donna Keeley Young of Whitefish, Harry Lee Bowers JR “H.L.” of Columbia Falls and Jasmine Rose Bowers of Kalispell. Cecilia is also survived by her brother, Jerry K. Brown (Bobi), of Great Falls.

Cecilia was preceded in death by her mother and father, Elmav Lenora Brown and Chester Abraham Brown, and her niece Tori Lee Brown.
