| May 12, 2019 7:12 AM

On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, Linda Sue Powell went to be with the Lord at the age of 71 years. Though Linda’s family and friends will miss her presence, we rejoice in her eternity.

She is loved and remembered by her husband of 51 years, Raymond, and her children, Michael Powell and his wife Dawn of Royce City, Texas, Krista Andrews and her husband Steven of Kalispell, Jolene Waller of McAlester, Oklahoma, and Nathaniel “Nate” Powell and his wife Rebecca of Diamondhead, Mississippi. Linda is also loved and remembered by her grandchildren, Jeremiah Andrews and his wife Anna of Fort Riley, Kansas, Hannah Andrews and fiance Ward Evanoff of Kalispell, Brooklin Waller and fiance Mason Ryan of McAlester, Kaylee Waller of McAlester, and Sam and Max Powell of Diamondhead.

Linda loved life and dedicated her life to serving God as a little girl, and did so her entire life. She will always be remembered for her vivacious personality and her love for music. She passed these on to her family; we are so grateful for this.

“Her children arise and call her blessed: her husband also, and he praises her: many women do noble things, but you surpass them all” — Proverbs 31:28-29, New International Version

A celebration of life will be held in Oklahoma in late May with her family.
