Loggers split with Bandits in Legion baseball

LIBBY — The Cranbrook Bandits split with the Libby Loggers in Class A American Legion baseball action on Saturday.

Cranbrook scored seven runs in the second inning to take a 7-1 lead and added one run in the seventh for an 8-2 victory.

Ryley Ducharme and Greg Rebagliati homered for the Bandits.

Libby managed two runs on two hits. Jeff Offenbecher and Caden Williams each had one hit.

Trailing 4-0, Libby scored four runs in the fifth and two in the fifth for a 6-4 victory in the other game.
