Eureka downs Cougars in volleyball
EUREKA — Maggie Graves recorded 12 kills, 12 digs and two service aces on Monday as the Eureka Lions downed visiting Stillwater Christian in a nonconference volleyball match. Scores were 25-4, 25-15, 25-17.
Reena Truman added four kills and four blocks and Rhianna Hawkins contributed 11 digs and two aces to the Lion effort. Avory Escobar had 18 assists.

WHITEFISH — Luci Ridgeway had eight kills, 10 digs and served four aces as the host Whitefish Bulldogs downed Browning in volleyball action on Monday. Scores were 25-19, 25-18, 25-15.
Kaiah Moore contributed six kills and 10 digs and Jenny Patten and Mikenna Ells had nine assists each for Whitefish. Jadi Walburn added three blocks.
“The girls came out and took care of business. They stayed pretty consistent throughout the night limiting runs,” said Whitefish coach Addy Connelly.
