Flathead Reservation Fish & Wildlife meeting Oct. 30

The Flathead Reservation Fish and Wildlife Board will meet Wednesday, Oct. 30, at the National Bison Range in Moiese.

The meeting, which begins at 10 a.m., is open to the public.

The board includes tribal and state members and a representative of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The board is advisory to the state and tribes and is responsible for the development of cooperative management plans, which include fishing and bird hunting regulations.

The agenda includes USFWS accomplishments, Flathead Lake regulation discussion and new business.
