Woman weighs her options for unruly kids

A potential vigilante calling from First Avenue in Martin City wanted to speak to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office about what her options were regarding 10- to 13-year-olds who come onto her property and constantly cause problems by tearing up trees, cussing at her and flipping her off, leading her to contemplate using pepper spray on them “if they continue.”

Dispatchers transferred a call to the sheriff’s business office to assist someone who was reportedly part of a women’s group wanting to know what the sheriff’s office is doing about human trafficking.

A package containing hair products was reported stolen on Middle Pierce Lane in Bigfork and extra patrol was requested.

A Cottonwood Drive resident in Kalispell alleged people were walking on her property with flashlights and said there were seven homeless people living in the area.

A couple were heard fighting on Woodland Drive in Kalispell and a man allegedly hit a woman in the face.

Checks that were reportedly taken from a mailbox on Bernard Road in Kalispell were being used around town.

A Cayuse Lane resident alleged that a contractor working on the home was being verbally abusive and he went to a bedroom to get away, but the contractor followed him, so he pulled an unloaded gun on them and they finally left the house. The resident claimed the job had been going slowly and the contractor was angry when he suggested bringing in another contractor to help complete the work.

An alleged “irate dog owner that just got out jail,” was supposedly kicking a door and screaming on Cemetery Road in Kalispell and then left in a vehicle.

A child called 911 and told dispatchers her brother tried to push her off a dock and that she was not injured, but scared. She was also worried that her dad would get arrested because her sister, who was reportedly babysitting, was 11 and she didn’t know how old someone had to be to babysit.
