Caller claims 'the guy is not good'

Someone calling from Beach Road in Bigfork thought a man who was reportedly in and out of a location eight times within a few hours was “coming and going to try and make them look bad.” They claimed the “guy is not good” and requested to speak with certain deputies who were off duty.

The scenery wasn’t very pleasant on Scenic Drive when a man and woman were reportedly throwing things at each other in a front yard and a neighbor said the pair had been arguing for more than an hour.

A teen reportedly knocked out an older man and took off in a compact car headed southbound on Sixth Avenue East in Kalispell. Officers contacted the man and two youths who claimed they were assaulted by the man, who was possibly intoxicated, but were still in search of the teen who took off in the vehicle. The incident may have started out as road rage and turned into an altercation.

A Trumble Creek resident with a pistol in his back pocket called officers to report a “violent person on his property.” He said the violent and possibly intoxicated man allegedly pushed his sister because she told him he couldn’t drink on the property.

Construction trailers were allegedly vandalized at a site on Weaver Farm Road in Kalispell when someone noticed cut brake and battery cables and air let out of the tires.

Someone on Helena Flats Road reportedly spotted a youth with a pink backpack riding a bicycle that was reportedly stolen from school. Officers made contact with the boy and the bicycle was taken to “the barn.”

A man calling from Fourth Street in Hungry Horse told dispatchers he was doing “recon work” in the area and walked by a residence that supposedly smelled like “drug chemicals burning.” He said it was not an emergency and wanted to be transferred to the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office. Dispatchers advised him “it doesn’t work that way,” so he requested a call back.

Someone claiming to be with an ATM company told deputies that people trying to use an ATM on U.S. 2 in Kalispell were reportedly being bothered by a man who was seen loitering on “ATM footage.”

Someone allegedly heard a woman yelling for help at a campsite and when they allegedly tried to talk to her a man told her to tell them she was fine. The couple reportedly they left up Johnny Creek Road without paying and left alcohol and trash in their fire pit.

Two husky puppies were impounded on Caps Road in Kalispell when it was believed they may have gotten into a chicken coop and killed someone’s chicken.

A driver on Cooperative Way in Kalispell was warned for not merging for an emergency vehicle.

A drunk elderly man who allegedly almost hit a semi head-on threw a beer can at the person who called officers to report the incident.
