Bigfork boys hoops edge Loyola, 56-53

BIGFORK — The Bigfork Vikings hung on to beat the Loyola Rams 56-53 in Class B boys basketball at Bigfork High School on Saturday.

Walker Fisher led the Vikings (4-3) with 16 points. Colt Thorness added 14.

Nick Kitzel of Loyola led all scorers with 20 points.

POLSON — Mason Pyron scored a game-high 19 points in Frenchtown’s 43-40 win in Northwest A action Saturday.

Colton Graham’s 13 points led Polson, which led 33-29 after three quarters.
