Bigfork Children's Theatre celebrates 20 years of entertainment

The Bigfork Playhouse Children’s Theatre is celebrating 20 years of theater with a gala celebration. “Puttin’ On The Glitz” will be presented by the young actors of the Flathead Valley who have participated in over 75 productions over the past two decades. Dozens of this season’s actors and several alumni will perform the best songs from recent and past shows including “The Nifty Fifties”, “Frozen”, “Mary Poppins” “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”, “The Wind in the Willows”, “Friday Knight Fever”, and more.

In the history of the children’s theatre, more than 4,000 students from Bigfork, Kalispell, Lakeside, Somers, Creston and Columbia Falls have graced the stage at the Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts to the delight of thousands of audience members.

Performances will be held on Friday, Nov. 6 and Saturday, Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the gala are $15 for adults and seniors and $10 for students and for children, and can be purchased online at www.bigforksummerplayhouse.com or at the door one hour before show time.

Seating will be reserved and limited due to COVID-19 regulations.
