BLUAC meeting Thursday to discuss permit proposals

The Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee meets March 31 to discuss two permit proposals.

The requests are from Rodney and Tia Macfarlane for conditional use permits to build apartment buildings on properties located at 119 and 120 Jewel Basin Court. The proposal includes two four-plex apartment buildings on each property. Both properties are zoned as B-3 (Community Business) and are within the Bigfork Zoning District.

BLUAC acts in an advisory capacity for official Flathead County land use decision-making boards and Flathead County Commissioners concerning applications and proposals for growth and development projects within the Bigfork Zoning District.

The committee meets at 4 p.m. in the downstairs of the Bethany Lutheran Church.
