Create, & share gingerbread designs to support 2024 graduates

This year, in collaboration with George and Shauna Gibson, and sponsored by First Interstate Bank of Bigfork, the BACC is hosting its first annual “Gingerbread Design & Construction Contest & Auction”. The goal of fundraising for this event is to support highschool grads going into the design, architecture, & construction industry /trades.  

Each year, our local community does an amazing job supporting our Bigfork Highschool graduates with supplemental scholarships.

The Bigfork Art and Cultural Center (BACC) joins the efforts each year to help provide scholarship opportunities through its creative outreach programs.

Everyone is invited to participate! Businesses or individuals are encouraged to create their design & submit an all edible entry of anything Bigfork! From gingerbread houses to historic likenesses of downtown Bigfork buildings, all designs will be considered for judging!  As with all we do to offer activities for all ages, there is a separate category just for kids designs! Each design will be due at the BACC gallery on November 18th by noon so that they will be exhibited for the holiday Art walk and tree lighting events.  Bids & Votes may be made online and at BACC; and the final live auction will be December 5th at BACC’s holiday party.
