Tracy will represent HD11

| April 24, 2024 12:00 AM

My name is Shawn Hall and I have been a resident of Bigfork since 2014 and have served as Bigfork’s head wrestling coach for the past six years.

Wrestling is a non-funded sport at the high school, and as such I have interacted with many members of this generous community. I would like to highlight my interactions with one of those generous community members, Rob Tracy. It has been my pleasure and good fortune to have developed a professional and personal relationship with Rob.

As you may or may not know, Rob is running for House District 11. Rob has served as our primary bus driver for the past several years and we have spent hours discussing various topics on our numerous and often long bus rides.

As a professional, Rob has become an integral part of our team. I have found Rob to be reliable, conscientious, friendly and always follows through. It is the following attributes that he possesses which have made him a friend. Rob has taken a genuine interest in our program and athletes; he has become a student of our sport and one our biggest supporters. Rob genuinely is concerned about the welfare of each student/athlete. Rob has aided in fundraising activities and is always on the lookout for ways to support the program.

Rob has demonstrated a “get it done” attitude and is tenacious on completing his commitments. Like any good friendship, the first tenant is trust and I believe Rob has the characteristics which will make him a good representative for House District 11.
Many view wrestling as an individual sport but, in reality, it is a team sport with many functioning entities. I know that when I have a choice, I want Rob Tracy competing on our team.
