In Bigfork, a person reported a barking dog.

In Lakeside, an angry contractor was reported doing damage to the caller’s driveway.

A man in Somers reported his WaveRunner personal watercraft stolen, missing from the dock.  

August 15

A fire was reported a mile off Highway 83 in Bigfork, found to be the burning of new construction boxes. A driver was reported tailgating with their brights on and driving “all over the road.” Another report stated that a driver was harassing the caller on Highway 35. Two loud booms, possibly gunshots, were reported.

In Lakeside, a caller reported their neighbor vandalized their fence and threatened their husband.

A verbal dispute with a child involved was reported in Lakeside. Also in Lakeside, a man and woman were reported yelling by their neighbor. In Bigfork, a man was reported forcing a woman into his car; investigators found the woman was the man’s wife diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and he was attempting to get her out of the stormy weather.
