Buttons and Bows brings home ribbons

Swan River Buttons and Bows 4-H did well in competition at the Northwest Montana Fair in Kalispell last week.
“We had a good year and the kids did real well,” club organizer Linda Stewart said.
Results are as follows:
Ryden Klempel – Photography, two blue and six red; arts and crafts, one blue and one best of show; hog, two red.
Sage Harapat – Senior education poster, one blue and one grand; senior barn wide poster, one blue and one purple; senior decorated egg one blue and best of show; muscovy ducks, two blue, grand and best of show; magpie ducks, two blue, one red; mixed bantam pullet, one blue one purple; mixed bantam cockerel, one blue; hatching, one blue; poultry senior showmanship one blue; rooster crowing contest reserve, $25 award.

Jenna Pliley – Mini horse reserve champion showman, jumping grand, open showmanship second, jumping first and color class first.
