BLUAC discusses future Neighborhood Plan meetings

Bigfork Land Use Advisory Committee discussed how future Bigfork Neighborhood Plan meetings will be held during their Thursday, Dec. 19 meeting.  

BLUAC planned to make a Google Drive account to share documents to the public, as well as accept public comment through the attached Gmail.  

Set meetings only for the Neighborhood Plan the Thursday before scheduled BLUAC meetings were considered.  

“The way I look at this, there’s no way we’re going to get this all done this year. I’ll be happy though if we have time in 2026 and get it done maybe by May,” chair Susan Johnson said.  

An application from the Mitchell V Lucas Revocable Trust for a conditional use permit to establish a cemetery on 1.4 acres of Suburban Agricultural land located at 276 Aero Lane was postponed until BLUAC’s January meeting.
